Adrian McClelland has served as Vice President, Diversity and Engagement since October 2020. In this role, he is responsible for chairing GP’s internal Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion council and leading the mission of fostering an environment where diversity based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, generation, disability, personality type, and thinking style is valued. He joined the company in 1995 after spending 12 years in the U.S. Navy’s Nuclear Power Programme. Mr. McClelland started in our automotive group by supporting our largest automotive customers in the areas of content development and delivery. He later transitioned into account management, and Mr. McClelland has led a number of our large outsourcing engagements. Mr. McClelland has a Bachelor of Science in Workforce Development and Training from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
