January 14, 2009 – Global performance improvement solutions provider General Physics Corporation (GP), a subsidiary of GP Strategies Corporation (NYSE: GPX), announced today that it has entered into a joint venture agreement with the National Technical Information Service (NTIS), an Office of Personnel Management (OPM)-authorized eTraining Service Provider (eTSP). GP will partner with NTIS, located in Springfield, VA, to provide the following enterprise talent management services to government agencies: training administration; business process outsourcing; knowledge management services; and e-learning systems implementation, configuration, integration, helpdesk, hosting and custom content development.
