Diversity is largely a function of demographics. Inclusion is a function of our actions. Equity is the function that ensures that all employees are treated fairly. All three concepts work in tandem to create and foster an environment that recognizes and values all perspectives and contributions.

This eLearning course is designed to educate learners on the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion as they occur in the workplace. Learners will gain an understanding of how the three subjects are distinct but can also function in tandem in order to build an inclusive environment.
