A dealership GM’s success is defined by more than the 30-day income statement. General Manager course graduates are ready to optimise teams, facilities, and customer experiences for higher profits and future growth opportunities.
The course is made up of 10 modules that roll out over six months and takes place in a simulated dealership called Evolution Motors — modelled on real-world parameters and industry data. Participants will conduct self-paced study, join live sessions, submit assignments, and periodically take part in peer-learning activities.

Meet the cohort leader and classmates and explore Evolution Motors—including the current state of operations, financials, and feedback from customers and staff.

Translating Data into Decisions
Master the financial statement; learn to interpret data, trace numbers back to their operational roots, and use the best methods for increasing dealership profit and Return On Investment.
Module 3
Using Technology in Decision-Making
Explore tools to track and manage finances, service production, inventory, lead generation, etc. Examine cybersecurity and regulations on dealer and customer data.
Module 4
Creating a Modern Buying Experience
Assess and re-imagine the customer experience based on mystery shop, employee, and customer insights. Focus on removing friction and accelerating speed-to-sale.

Capstone Project
