Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Program
Join GP Strategies for an interactive and engaging virtual course that will equip you with the skills and tools to tackle process-based problems in any industry. You will learn how to blend statistical techniques with change and project management skills to deliver measurable results for your organization. You’ll also earn an internationally recognized Green Belt accreditation upon successful completion of a process improvement project which should run in parallel with the training.
The course consists of eight virtual instructor-led training (VILT) sessions delivered via Microsoft Teams, each covering a different phase of the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC framework (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control).
